Join us for drinks and hors d’oeuvres, a reading by Stephen O’Connor from his Issue 03 story “Double Life,” and music by the Dog House Band, featuring writers David Gates, James Wood, Wyatt Mason, Sven Birkerts, and other literary musicians.

Tickets are $50 per person. All proceeds benefit The Common Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, and our mission to publish place-based literature and art from around the world.

We can’t wait to toast the wonderful writers and artists published in our first issues.

The Common’s Issue 28 Launch Party

Free and open to the public, wine and snacks will be provided.  Join The Common for the launch of Issue 28! We welcome four esteemed contributors who happen to be local: Disquiet Prize-winning poet Iqra Khan, MacArthur Fellow Brad Leithauser, environmental economist James K.
